The Gateway Builder of South Chennai
Established in 1997, Ruby Builders & Promoters is a customer-oriented, ISO 9001-certified property development company based in Chennai. Our portfolio spans artistic homes, apartments, plotted developments and commercial complexes.
With more than 25 years in the field, Ruby Builders has completed over 200 projects — including 6,000+ happy homes. We were pioneers in identifying South Chennai as a development frontier, transforming Tambaram and its surroundings into the “Gateway of Chennai”.
Our projects span the upcoming corridors of South Chennai — Tambaram, Chrompet, Pallavaram, Selaiyur, Rajakilpakkam, Perungalathur, Guduvanchery, Mannivakkam, Pallikaranai and beyond — and now extend to Chengalpattu and Tirunelveli.
Backed by an in-house construction vertical, a ready-mix concrete plant and a team of experienced architects and civil engineers, we tie up with all leading nationalised and private banks — LIC Housing Finance, HDFC, PNB, ICICI, State Bank of India, Axis and Indian Bank — so home loans are effortless for our customers.

Conferred a "Doctor in Philosophy" by the Inter-American University of Humanistic Studies and honoured with the "Excellence in Affordable Housing" award for three consecutive years by the Governor of Tamil Nadu, he remains the guiding force behind the Ruby brand and its customer-first philosophy.
