Project Manager
Lead affordable housing delivery from drawing board to handover.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered residential projects in the construction and real estate sector — with a strong track record in the affordable housing segment. You will own end-to-end site execution, contractor coordination, and customer-ready handovers for Ruby’s Chennai & Tamil Nadu portfolio.
You will
- Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks across multi-storey and plotted developments.
- Coordinate architects, structural consultants, contractors, and procurement for timely milestone completion.
- Lead site teams on safety, RERA/CMDA compliance documentation, and snag-free handovers.
- Report progress to leadership; flag risks early and propose practical recovery plans.
- Maintain Ruby’s ISO 9001 quality standards and buyer communication during construction.
We look for
- 8+ years in construction / real estate project management; affordable or mid-segment housing preferred.
- Proven delivery of at least 2 residential projects from foundation to occupation.
- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, BOQ, billing, and vendor management.
- B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Fluent in Tamil and English; based in or willing to work across Chennai & Tamil Nadu sites.

Site Engineer
Curious engineers who want to build the next generation of homes.
Ruby Builders is for site engineers who are curious, hands-on, and eager to implement new ideas in construction and real estate. You will work directly with project managers on active sites — learning premium affordable housing delivery while bringing fresh thinking to how we build.
You will
- Supervise day-to-day site activities: layout, reinforcement, MEP coordination, and quality checks.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material indent tracking, and as-built documentation.
- Support trial of improved methods — formwork systems, digital checklists, and safer workflows.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure drawings/specifications are followed on site.
- Assist in snag lists, safety audits, and pre-handover inspections.
We look for
- 0–4 years site experience (freshers with strong internships considered).
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Genuine interest in construction innovation and affordable housing impact.
- Comfort working on active sites across Chennai / Chengalpattu / Tirunelveli as assigned.
- Willingness to learn Ruby’s processes and contribute ideas — not just follow instructions.

Sales & Marketing Manager

You will
- Own sales targets for assigned projects — enquiries, site visits, bookings, and closure.
- Lead on-ground marketing: channel partners, digital campaigns, launch events, and referral programs.
- Coach sales executives; maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting.
- Represent Ruby Builders with integrity — transparent pricing, RERA documentation, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with leadership on positioning for new launches and plotted/apartment inventory.
We look for
- 5+ years in real estate sales / marketing; residential developer experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving team or individual sales targets.
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil; confident conducting site visits.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license; willing to travel across Chennai & Tamil Nadu.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, not excuses.
